Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At 420 Australian Weed Farm, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and strive to deliver high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below. We’ve designed this policy to ensure your satisfaction while complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Support team at [email protected]. To process your refund, please provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number.

Once we have verified the issue, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and you will have seven (7) business days to return the product. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, or offer a replacement at no additional cost, whichever you prefer.

Wrong Product or Missing Items:

If you receive an incorrect product or your order is missing items, contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, send the correct product or missing items as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Non-Refundable Items:

Due to health and safety concerns, as well as legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

a. Opened or used cannabis products.
b. Edibles or perishable goods.
c. Items on sale or clearance.
d. Custom or personalized items.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
